All Gold Morning - Lightroom Desktop Preset
If you have seen my photo work, you have recognized that the overall feel of my photos is warm, bright and natural. It’s taken me 7+ years of tweaking and perfecting, but I am finally offering up the Lightroom desktop preset I created and use when editing 99% of my outdoor photos. It is intended for use on RAW (.NEF) files in Lightroom Classic for desktop only.
A preset acts a lot like a filter you would use on Instagram or Facebook. The main, and most beneficial, difference is that you can apply a preset and still have control over elements like color, brightness, clarity, sharpness, shadows - essentially everything. The preset sets the baseline feel, and then you can tweak the details on a photo to photo basis depending on the light, mood, etc.
This preset is not intended to be a one-click edit so, in addition to the preset itself, I’ve included access to a video overview of how I utilize my preset as well as an in-depth look into my photo editing process overall. In that video, I hope to clear up any questions you may have at this point while also guiding you to success in your own editing process.
